BEIJING RED PEPPER FOR DUMMIES

If I dehydrate whole peppers will the seeds be viable if gathered once the peppers are already dried? I will be bisecting peppers and amassing seeds way too before dehydration and I read through somewhere that assuming that I keep the temp underneath 120F the seeds shouldn't be impacted but I'd personally value you look at over the matter.Smoked Ch
